It is likely that you do not have the appropriate media player installed or an earlier version than required. Please download and install the free versions of QuickTime 4 for the virtual images and Quicktime movies, Real Player for all Real format movies, and Macromedia Flash 5 or higher for the Flash animations.

.
When the proper version of QuickTime is not installed on your computer system, Windows Media Player will attempt to play any file with the .mov extension using the Web browser plug-in, which includes the virtual images. This attempt will be unsuccessful. Please review the QuickTime Install FAQ for guidance in solving this problem.

Apple's free QuickTime 4 player is required to experience the virtual images (user manipulated panoramic movies). Visit the QuickTime download page and choose the free version of QuickTime for your computer system. You will not need the QuickTime Pro version to view these images. After you have downloaded the installer, double click the icon to start the install process.
